The artwork is intended as a volume/environment/light study, not a faithful reproduction of the scene (Game of Thrones). Many details such as vases, plants and textures have been taken out of the work to focus on structural elements. Climbing plants, for example, are just messy shapes attached to the columns in order to set the general impact. The transparency of the curtains is just hinted and not refined at all.
